Edouard is an expert in Competence-Based Learning, Consultant and International Trainer in Systems Approach, Capacity Development, Strategic Planning, Leadership, Conflict Transformation, Gender-based Violence, Diversity Management, Gender-sensitive Development, with more than 30 years of experience across Africa and the continents of Europe, Asia and North America. He is the Founding President of the International Action for Holistic Development (AIDI), founding member and National Coordinator of Leadership for Environment and Development in Côte d'Ivoire (LEAD Côte d’Ivoire), and Global Ecovillage Educator for a Sustainable Earth (GEESE).

 

Previously and for more than 30 years, Edouard was Regional Manager West Africa for Geneva Global Inc., International Representative West and Central Africa for Samaritan's Purse International, Regional Director West and Central Africa for Medical Assistance Program (MAP) International, Communication and Organizational Development for CBN International Francophone Africa Region. He graduated from the University of Côte d’Ivoire in English language and sociolinguistics and hold several diplomas and certificates including in Social Entrepreneurship from Copenhagen Business School - CBS (Denmark), Gender and Development from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (Geneva, Switzerland), Good Governance and Peace-building from Legon Center for International Affairs - LECIA, University of Accra Legon (Ghana), Governance and Human Security, and Diversity Management from  the African Center for Peace and Security Training, Institute of Security Studies (Ethiopia), etc.
